Born and raised in Greenwich, Detective Jim Manning is a 23 year police veteran and has been a detective since 2010. He is a member of both the International Association of Financial Crime Investigators (IAFCI) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Detective Manning is currently assigned to a Task Force with Homeland Security as part of their Financial Crimes unit. Detective Manning has investigated hundreds of financial crimes and fraud related larcenies for the Greenwich Police Department, resulting in arrests and prosecutions.
