GROUP SWIM LESSONS

Our adult swim lessons are designed for non-swimmers and swimmers ages 18 and older who want to be more comfortable in the water with proper strokes and breathing techniques. In adult lessons, swimmers will learn the skills needed to start swimming longer distances and feel comfortable in deep water without a floatation device.

Yesterday, I had my final session in the adult learn-to-swim program.  I registered for the course to increase my swimming confidence.  The program did that as well as helped my increase skills and techniques.  My instructor, Selina, was wonderful. Her calm confidence and guidance encouraged me to accomplish more than I thought I could.

Thank you for providing this wonderful program taught by outstanding instructors.  I'm looking forward to more time in the Y pool to practice what they taught me.
