WALK WITH EASE
Whether you're seeking relief from arthritis pain or simply looking to become more active, our new Walk With Ease program—developed in partnership with the Arthritis Foundation—can help you safely incorporate physical activity into your daily routine. Led by one of our certified instructors, the program meets three times a week for guided outdoor walks, complemented by periodic educational sessions that focus on walking mechanics and overall wellness.

SUMMER WALK WITH EASE AT COS COB PARK
July 11 - August 15
Join our special summer session of Walk With Ease at Cos Cob Park, led by instructor Wendy Rosa!
- Fridays, 1PM - 1:45PM
- Participants will meet at the first pavilion near the soccer field at Cos Cob Park.
- Free and open to the community! You do not need to be a YMCA member to participate.
- All ages and experience levels welcome.
- You do not need to have arthritis to participate.
