WALK WITH EASE

Whether you're seeking relief from arthritis pain or simply looking to become more active, our new Walk With Ease program—developed in partnership with the Arthritis Foundation—can help you safely incorporate physical activity into your daily routine. Led by trained facilitator Dave Graves, the program meets three times a week for guided outdoor walks, complemented by periodic educational sessions that focus on walking mechanics and overall wellness.

JOIN THIS NEW PROGRAM TO:

JOIN OUR NEXT WALK WITH EASE PROGRAM SESSION: MAY 19TH

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 1PM - 2:15PM
  • Free and open to the community! You do not need to be a YMCA member to participate.
  • All ages and experience levels welcome. 
  • You do not need to have arthritis to participate.
