NEW! MEMORY CAFE
FOR THOSE LIVING WITH ALZHEIMER’S, MCI, OR DEMENTIA
Memory Cafe is a free monthly social gathering for individuals experiencing memory loss, dementia, or cognitive changes — and their caregivers. Enjoy meaningful activities, music, conversation, and connection in a supportive and welcoming environment.
There is no charge to participate, and you do not need to be a Y member to attend.
Each Memory Cafe will include lunch (wraps/sandwiches and light sides & refreshments).
Program is held the last Thursday of each month.

THE PERFECTLY POLITE BRIDGE GROUP
The Perfectly Polite Bridge Group brings a new culture to Bridge games. We strive to promote an atmosphere of good sportsmanship and goodwill between partners and their opponents. Our goal is to play relaxed Bridge for fun and social enjoyment.
SUPERVISED RELAXED BRIDGE GAME THURSDAYS
This class is designed for individuals of all levels who enjoy the game of bridge and would like to play with others.
When: Thursdays, 1:00PM – 3:00PM
Where: M3 at the YMCA of Greenwich
Fees: $12 for YMCA Members; $15 for non-members
BRIDGE REGISTRATION
- Non-members are welcome to play Bridge with us.
- YOU DO NOT NEED A PARTNER TO PLAY.
- To guarantee a seat, online registration and payment are required by 6:00 PM the day before each session.
- A minimum of 8 players is required for a game to be scheduled.

MAH JONGG AT THE Y
Join us each week for an afternoon of Mah Jongg, a group tile game played by 4 players that originated in China.
Mah Jongg is a game of skill, strategy, calculation, but also chance! Connect with others and engage your mind with this fun, intelligent game that requires your concentration, skill, and planning.
This game is designed for new, returning, and experienced players. An experienced Mah Jongg player is available at each session to introduce Mah Jongg to beginners.
When: Wednesdays, 1PM – 3PM
Where: M3 at the YMCA of Greenwich, 3rd Floor
Fees: $5 for YMCA members, $10 for non-members. Registration is required for all.
