This summer, teens can dive into fitness with our new Teen Wellness Mini Camps — a fun, active, and engaging way to build confidence and healthy habits! Each week of camp introduces participants to key wellness concepts in a supportive group setting, guided by our experienced staff.
This boxing camp will be an introduction to fitness and boxing concepts and skills in a safe, kid-friendly environment under the supervision of a certified boxing instructor an personal trainer.
