This summer, teens can dive into fitness with our new Teen Wellness Mini Camps — a fun, active, and engaging way to build confidence and healthy habits! Each week of camp introduces participants to key wellness concepts in a supportive group setting, guided by our experienced staff.
Perfect for teens who want to get comfortable in the gym, try something new, and build a foundation for lifelong wellness!
Weekly Schedule:

Monday: Introduction to the Wellness Center & Weight Training + Safety Orientation

Tuesday: HIIT 101 – Get your heart pumping with beginner-friendly High-Intensity Interval Training

Wednesday: Yoga & Mobility Training – Learn techniques to improve flexibility, balance, and recovery

Thursday: Nutrition 101 – Understand the basics of fueling your body for energy and performance
