Progress from water safety and basic swimming skills to stronger strokes, endurance and technique.
SKILLS TRAINING
Ages 5-13
Take swimming skills further with specialized programs focused on stroke technique, endurance, conditioning and fun in the water.

Greenwich Swim Club
NON COMPETITIVE SWIM CLUB
Greenwich Swim Club is a non-competitive program that offers children ages 7-14 an opportunity to work with certified USA swim coaches to improve their swimming skills and to build community by being part of a swim team-style environment. Swimmers will learn to build strength, speed, and endurance while refining their stroke technique in a non-competitive environment.

TRYOUT FOR THE CLUB!
A tryout is required to complete your registration for Swim Club. Tryouts are by appointment only.

Swim Conditioning
- Sunday: 12:30PM - 1:30PM
This program is designed to provide swimmers with practice sets to support them with building confidence and endurance. Practices include swimming longer distances in all 4 swim strokes, starts, turns, relays, diving and more! Practices will take place in the Alumni pool. This small group, learning environment will give swimmers a sense of what it feels like to be part of a team.

Water Polo for Beginners
- Friday: 4:00PM – 5:00PM
Water Polo for Beginners introduces children to the exciting sport of water polo in a beginner-friendly class. Players will be use floatation devices to stay afloat so strong swimming skills are not necessary. Children will learn fundamentals of the game including passing, treading water and defensive skills while building confidence and endurance in the pool. This program is great way to stay active while developing sportsmanship and teamwork in a fun environment.

Stroke Clinic
- Monday: 4:00PM - 4:45PM
Stroke Clinics are designed to help swimmers refine technique, improve efficiency and boost speed in the water. Practices include development and drills of all 4 swim strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke & butterfly). Practices will take place in the Alumni pool. This small group learning environment offers personalized instruction by experienced swim instructors.
