WHERE YOU'RE ALWAYS WELCOME.

Explore the diverse range of programs offered for youth, teens, and adults at the YMCA of Greenwich! Our programs range from aquatics to enrichment to sports and wellness. There’s something for everyone at the Y.

Fall Session: September 3rd – November 10th

  • Priority Registration* – Friday, July 19th
  • Member Registration – Monday, July 22nd
  • Non-Member Registration – Monday, August 5th

You qualify for Priority Registration if you meet both of the following requirements:

  • You’re a member of the YMCA of Greenwich
  • You enrolled in programs for the Summer 2024 Session

Youth Sports, Art, & Enrichment

We aim to provide all youth with the tools and resources they need to succeed in life. Whether it’s gaining the confidence that comes from learning how to dribble or building the positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, participating in youth programs at the Y is about building the whole child, from the inside out.

Youth Swim


Summer is the perfect time for your child to improve their swimming skills, ensuring they’re water-safe and ready for water fun! This Summer, we will also be offering Swim Conditioning, Stroke Clinic, and Noodle Water Polo, programs designed to help young swimmers improve their skills and prepare for water polo and swim team tryouts. Group swim lessons, including our new Stroke Clinic, are intensive, so swimmers will register for 3 days a week for 4 weeks, helping them to truly grasp the skills they’re learning.

Teen Wellness

Our teen and tween wellness programs include Non-Contact Boxing and Strength Conditioning and are available for youth ages 11-18! We will also be offering 2 new free-for-members classes: Open Gym Boxing and Teen Girls Yoga.

Adult Wellness

In addition to our standard Group Wellness classes, we are now offering new multi-week programs that are professionally designed to deliver a fun fitness experience. At the Y, our programs encourage people of all ages and activity levels to improve their overall health — and we provide a supportive community to do so.

Adult Swim

Our adult swim lessons are tailored to meet the needs of swimmers at all levels, from beginners to advanced. Whether you’re looking to overcome a fear of water, improve your technique, or train for a triathlon, our experienced instructors provide personalized coaching to help you reach your goals.
