Make your child's next birthday unforgettable at the YMCA of Greenwich! Leave the planning to us—we'll handle the fun, games, and activities, while you relax and enjoy the celebration. With a variety of party themes and spaces to choose from, there’s something for every interest and age. Book your Y birthday party today for memories that will last a lifetime!
All party packages include:
- 2 party hosts who will take care of all of your party needs, including setup, activities/games, and clean up.
- Party room fully decorated and ready for party mode!
- Paper goods for pizza and cake (plates, napkins, and utensils). PLEASE NOTE: food and beverages are not included in the party package.
- Party decorations in both the Tumble and Party Room
- A minimum of 60 minutes of activity
- 30 minutes in the party room for food and cake. Food is limited to pizza, snacks, and simple appetizers); families are offered 10% off an order placed at Arcuri’s Pizza or Planet Pizza in Greenwich.
- Customized age appropriate activities based on your child’s interests
- Playlist with fun party music
- Birthday T-Shirt for birthday child
- OPTIONAL ADD ON: Goodie Bags - $10 per child (free goodie bag for birthday child)
PARTY PACKAGE OPTIONS
Backyard Games Party
This party style combines all the fun and games of an at-home party with the party planning expertise of our Y party engagement specialists! Party hosts have the option of starting the party in our “gameway” with small group games like ping pong, jumbo Jenga, giant Connect Four & Checkers, Foosball, and more! Once guests move into the activity party room, the games won’t stop. Our Y party hosts will provide age-appropriate, customized games and activities for the birthday child and friends. 2-hour party: 30 minutes in gameway, 60 minutes of group games/activities, 30 minutes for cake and food. Maximum 18 guests.
Themed Craft Party
If your birthday child has a creative and artist side the Y Themed Craft party might be the perfect fit! Party guests will engage in a craft project from one of our themes: Princess, Disney, Superhero, or STEM. Your party host will connect with you to pick a craft project that your child will love and have as a memory of the day, and guests will have a cool creation to take home! This party package also includes 2 party hosts to keep the fun and festivities going. 2-hour party; 90 minutes for craft and party games; 30 minutes in party room for cake & food. Maximum 18 guests.
Cheer Party
Celebrate a cheer-riffic birthday with a Y Cheer party! Participants will enjoy cheer themed games and activities, along with learning a special cheer for the birthday girl and a short choreographed dance to make the perfect birthday cheer routine. Add a cheer craft to the party for the Ultimate Cheer Party. 90 minutes for Basic Cheer Party Package. 90 minute party: 60 minutes of activities; 30 minutes in the party room for cake and food. 2 hours for Ultimate Cheer Party which includes a 30 minute cheer craft. Recommended for ages 4+. Maximum 18 guests.
Dance Party
A Y dance party is a fun way to get party guests moving and having fun! Learn a fun choreographed dance to the birthday child’s favorite song. Play dance themed games and practice different genres of dance and movement. Choose a specific style of dance or artist to customize your dance party! 90 minute party: 60 minutes of activity, 30 minutes for cake and food.
Tumble Party
Party guests will have a blast celebrating the birthday child in the Y Tumble Room. Y party hosts will provide age-appropriate games and activities, including songs, dances, puppet shows and obstacle courses. This party package is recommended for our younger children ages 1-6 years. 90 minute party: 60 minutes of activity, 30 minutes in the party room for cake and food. Maximum 12 guests.
