WELLNESS ORIENTATIONS
To help you get comfortable with the new equipment, we’ve developed drop-in orientation sessions. During these times, a knowledgeable staff member will guide you through how to use the equipment effectively to achieve your fitness goals. No registration required, just stop by the Wellness Center!
Monday – Friday: 6:30AM, 12PM, 5:30PM
Saturday – Sunday: 8AM, 2PM

These videos offer step-by-step instructions on how to properly set up and use each machine, ensuring you have a safe and effective workout.
