Daxko Transition

Daxko Transition

WE'RE UPGRADING TO SERVE YOU BETTER.

This August, the YMCA of Greenwich transitioned to a new membership and program registration platform called Daxko. This system replaces our past provider (ActiveNet) and offers a faster, easier, and more intuitive experience for managing your membership, registering for programs, and staying connected with your Y. We’re excited to bring you a platform that makes it easier to access everything you love about the Y—anytime, anywhere.

A BETTER WAY TO CONNECT WITH YOUR Y

We’re making this change with you in mind. Daxko offers a more user-friendly interface that makes it easier to:

  • Register for programs and events
  • Manage your membership
  • Receive personalized support from our team

Whether you’re signing up for swim lessons, booking personal training, or updating your contact info, you’ll be able to do it quickly and easily from your phone or computer. It also allows our staff to assist you more efficiently at the Member Services desk.

WHAT TO EXPECT: IMPORTANT DATES & NEXT STEPS

Current YMCA Members: How to Set Up Your New Online Account

All existing Y members must complete this one-time account setup before you can register for programs or manage your membership online.

  • Step 1: Make sure your email address is up to date in your YMCA membership account. If you’re unsure, please call Member Services at 203-869-1630 and we’ll help you confirm.

  • Step 2: Visit THIS LINK to access the Daxko online site.

  • Step 3: Click “Forgot Your Password?” and enter the email or phone number associated with your YMCA account. Follow the prompts.

  • Step 4: Check your email for a password reset link. Your new password must be at least 7 characters, with one capital letter and one number.

  • Step 5: Return to the Daxko online site, enter your email and new password in the first box, and you’re all set to begin registering for programs and managing your account online.

Non-Member Program Participants & Guests: How to Set Up Your New Online Account

If you’ve registered for programs through ActiveNet in the past, you’ll need to complete a quick, one-time setup to start using our new registration platform.

  • Step 1: Visit THIS LINK to access the Daxko online site.

  • Step 2: Click the “Sign Up” option (this may appear as the third login box).

  • Step 3: Choose Non-Member as your membership type.

  • Step 4: Fill out your contact information and add any additional individuals (adults or children) you’ll be registering.

  • Step 5: Create a login by entering your email and choosing a password. Once complete, you’re ready to search and register for programs online.

Already Signed Up for Fall Programs?

If you already signed up for fall programs using our ActiveNet system, your existing fall program registrations and memberships will be automatically transferred into Daxko. You only need to set up your new online account to view those registrations.

Mobile App Access

Members will continue to have access to the current YMCA of Greenwich mobile app, which can still be used to book classes and scan into the facility. An updated version of the app will launch in September, and we’ll share more details as the update becomes available. Stay tuned!

August 18 and Beyond: Don’t Get Stuck at the Front Desk!

Beginning August 18, we’ll start asking members and participants at check-in to:

  • Create or finish setting up their Daxko account

  • Sign new waivers

  • Update or take a new photo

To avoid delays at the front desk, we highly encourage you to follow these instructions to complete these steps online in advance.

Help Desk Hours

During Shutdown Week, Monday, August 25–Friday, August 29, our Help Desk will be available in the Mason Street lobby from 9AM–3PM to assist members and program participants with Daxko questions and new account setup.
