Swim Conditioning
- Wednesday: 5:15PM – 6:15PM
- Thursday: 5:15PM – 6:15PM
This program is designed to provide swimmers with practice sets to support them with building confidence to take their swimming skills to the next level and prepare swimmers to try out for swim team. Practices include development of all 4 swim strokes, starts, turns, relays, diving and more! Practices will take place in the Alumni pool. This small group, learning environment will give swimmers a sense of what it feels like to be part of a team.
