Swim Conditioning
- Tuesday: 5:45PM - 6:45PM
- Thursday: 5:20PM - 6:20PM
This program is designed to provide swimmers with practice sets to support them with building confidence and endurance. Practices include swimming longer distances in all 4 swim strokes, starts, turns, relays, diving and more! Practices will take place in the Alumni pool. This small group, learning environment will give swimmers a sense of what it feels like to be part of a team.
