Dr. Charlotte Huang, PT, DPT, FDN-C, KBCU 2 is the owner of Yu Performance. Dr. Charlotte’s journey into physical therapy began with a deeply personal mission by helping her family members recover from injuries. Through this experience she discovered a glaring gap in healthcare between traditional physical therapy and performance training. Determined to bridge this divide, Charlotte made it her mission to guide individuals not only back to the activities they love, but to help them perform even better than before.
As an athlete herself, Charlotte takes a movement based approach to treatment, blending her expertise in rehabilitation with performance training principles. Her goal is to empower her clients to regain strength, resilience, and confidence, enabling them to exceed past their potential and thrive in both life and sport.
