Dr. Judith Zackson, PHD is a licensed clinical psychologist in CT and NY with over 20 years of experience and is the founder and Clinical Director of Greenwich Psychology Group. She specializes in anxiety, compulsions, addictions, relationship issues, and stress management, working with children, adults, couples, and business leaders. Dr. Zackson holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the City University of New York and has advanced training in CBT, mindfulness, trauma treatment, and eating disorders. Her solution-focused approach helps clients better understand and manage their emotions to improve their quality of life.
Dr. Sonia Jimenez, PSYD is a Clinical Psychologist specializing in children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. She helps clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, social and emotional difficulties, and academic stress. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, family therapy, and play therapy, she empowers clients to build confidence, emotional regulation, and life skills. Dr. Sonia also conducts neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations, providing actionable recommendations and collaborating with families and schools to support growth and success.
