As part of our new teen athletic training program, we’re offering a free assessment day designed specifically for athletes who want to take their game to the next level. During your session, our certified trainers will evaluate key areas of athletic performance, including strength, speed, agility, mobility, and endurance. You’ll receive personalized feedback to help identify strengths and areas for improvement, along with recommendations for how our upcoming program can support your development.
This winter, we’ll be launching a brand-new training program led by our highly regarded trainer, Duke Quarshie. The program will run during the Winter 1 session and consist of two 4-week sessions, giving athletes focused, progressive training designed to build results.
