The YMCA of Greenwich is proud to be an official charity partner of the TCS New York City Marathon—and our 2026 team is set!
On November 1, 2026, three dedicated runners will represent Team YMCA Green Witches, taking on 26.2 miles through all five boroughs of New York City. Each runner is committed to raising funds that support the YMCA’s life-changing programs and services.

MEET OUR RUNNERS!
FRITZ CONROD
Fritz Conrod has a lifelong connection to the YMCA of Greenwich, where he grew up swimming, volunteering, and staying active. His passion for giving back runs deep—through his family’s foundation, Fritz has helped raise over $1.2 million for research supporting his younger brother’s rare genetic condition. Running the NYC Marathon is a lifelong goal, and Fritz is proud to turn that dream into an opportunity to support a community that has meant so much to him.
RICKIE HARRIPERSAUD
Rickie Harripersaud brings both endurance and purpose to every mile he runs. Through his peer-to-peer fundraising efforts, he’s learned that making an impact starts with connection—turning personal outreach into meaningful support for causes that matter. With experience running races from shorter distances to full marathons, Rickie is now taking on the NYC Marathon to raise funds for the YMCA and help strengthen communities through programs that support youth, wellness, and belonging.
