This week, we’re turning up the intensity with our Holiday HIIT Challenge! With the hustle and bustle of the season, this workout is perfect for those looking to stay fit and energized in less time. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) combines short bursts of effort with quick recovery periods, making it an efficient way to burn calories and improve endurance.
Challenge Workout:
Format: Complete 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds of rest for each machine. Perform 4 rounds on each machine before moving to the next.

- Treadmill Incline Walk
