This summer, teens can dive into fitness with our new Teen Wellness Mini Camps — a fun, active, and engaging way to build confidence and healthy habits! Each week-long camp introduces participants to key wellness concepts in a supportive group setting, guided by our experienced staff.

Perfect for teens who want to get comfortable in the gym, try something new, and build a foundation for lifelong wellness!

Weekly Schedule:

  • Monday: Introduction to the Wellness Center & Weight Training + Safety Orientation

  • Tuesday: Stretching & Mobility – Learn techniques to prevent injury and improve flexibility

  • Wednesday: Boxing 101 – A beginner-friendly intro to boxing fundamentals and fitness

  • Thursday: Build Your Routine – Develop a personalized wellness plan to stay motivated and consistent
