Join us for a ride into the weekend with fun music and a relaxed atmosphere! Perfect for all fitness levels, this class offers a great way to end your week on a high note. Our workouts are customizable to meet your fitness needs, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably.
In honor of Pride Month, we’re keeping the celebration going after class with a special meet-up featuring dinner, a firepit, and BYOB! The address will be shared at class or by emailing Kati.
Bring a water bottle and get ready to sweat! Showers are available at the YMCA—don’t forget to bring a towel.
This class is free for all YMCA of Greenwich members, $10 for non-members.
