Youth Programs: Sports, Arts, & Enrichment
Our youth programs help children build confidence, teamwork, creativity, and resilience through sports leagues, art classes, enrichment programs, and skill-building activities. Designed for preschool through middle school ages, these programs focus on developing the whole child — on and off the field.

Youth Swim Lessons
Swim lessons at the YMCA of Greenwich build water safety, confidence, and stroke technique in a supportive environment. From beginner levels to Swim Conditioning, Greenwich Swim Club, and Noodle Water Polo, we provide a clear pathway toward swim team and lifelong aquatic skills.

Early Learning Center & Pre-School
Our Early Learning Center provides a nurturing, structured environment where young children grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Families trust the YMCA of Greenwich for dependable, mission-driven childcare rooted in safety, connection, and development.

After School Enrichment Program
Our after school programs provide a safe and enriching space for children to learn, play, and connect beyond the classroom. With academic support, physical activity, and structured programming, we help working families balance busy schedules while ensuring children continue to grow and thrive.

Summer Camps
YMCA of Greenwich Summer Camps offer safe, exciting, and enriching experiences for infants through 10th grade, with leadership and employment opportunities for teens. Our expanded outdoor programs at Camp Seton provide nature-based adventure, exploration, and skill-building in a beautiful setting.

Competitive Aquatics
Our Competitive Aquatics programs offer athletes the opportunity to train, compete, and grow at a high level while developing character, discipline, and teamwork. Programs include the Marlins Swim Team, Marlins Diving Club, and Greenwich Aquatics Water Polo.

Teen Wellness Programs
The Y provides a safe, positive space where teens can stay active, connect with peers, and develop lifelong wellness habits. Offerings include boxing, basketball, strength training, open gym opportunities, and additional programs that rotate seasonally.

Teen Leadership Programs
Our Teen Leadership programs empower young people to develop character, responsibility, and real-world skills through service opportunities, mentorship, civic engagement, and personal development initiatives. At the Y, teens gain confidence, purpose, and a strong sense of belonging.

American Red Cross Training
We offer American Red Cross certification courses, including Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, First Aid, and Babysitting certification. These nationally recognized courses provide essential life-saving skills for teens and adults looking to build confidence and prepare for employment opportunities.

Stay active and connected through our adult sports offerings, including pickleball, pickup basketball, and our Trailblazers hiking club. Whether you're looking for friendly competition on the court or fresh air and community on the trails, these programs provide opportunities to move, socialize, and build a healthy, active lifestyle alongside others at the YMCA of Greenwich.
