Adult Wellness Programs

Group Fitness Classes
Our group fitness classes offer over 50 weekly classes that are free and accessible to all members, providing a motivating environment for participants to engage in diverse workouts led by experienced instructors. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or enhance cardiovascular fitness, our wide range of classes ensures there’s something for everyone.

Personal Training
Work with a certified personal trainer to reach new levels of fitness. From regular workouts to rehabbing injuries, training for marathons, or running for the first time, our Personal Training team will get you set up with a certified trainer who can help you meet your goals.

Adult Sports
Our vibrant adult sports offerings enable members to enjoy pickleball sessions tailored for both beginners and advanced players, as well as casual pickup basketball games during lunch hours. These activities are free for members to drop in, providing opportunities to stay active and connect with fellow community members in a fun and supportive environment.

Evidence Based Health Initiatives
Our Evidence-Based Health Initiatives are research-backed programs designed to help individuals manage chronic conditions, improve mobility and strength, reduce health risks, and maintain independence in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Adult Enrichment
Our Adult Enrichment programs offer engaging activities like Bridge and Mah Jongg card games, providing opportunities for mental stimulation and social connection. These sessions create a welcoming environment for members to enjoy friendly competition, sharpen their cognitive skills, and build meaningful relationships with others.
