With more than 91 million Americans participating in swimming each year, competitive aquatic athletes place unique and repetitive demands on their bodies—especially the shoulders, elbows, and spine. Unlike many other sports, swimming and diving require year-round training, high-volume repetition, and precise technical movement, making injury prevention and recovery essential for long-term success.
Join us for an informative and engaging lecture via ZOOM where Dr. Gleason will present The Healthy Youth Athlete, a holistic approach to optimizing sports performance in competitive youth aquatics.
