April is Parkinson's Awareness Month! Come join Geraldine (Geri) Yu PT, DPT, OCS and Parkinson's Body and Mind's new Program Director, as she discusses the role of exercise and its importance in brain health, balance, and overall wellness. Light lunch will be provided!
She will provide specific insights into the role of exercise for people with Parkinson's Disease and what everyone can do to stay healthy and active. All are welcome!
Dr. Geraldine (Geri) Yu is a licensed physical therapist and ABPTS board certified orthopedic clinical specialist. She has extensive experience working with people with Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders, and has completed multiple continuing education courses in this area including LSVT BIG and Power!Moves. Geri is now the Program Director for Parkinson’s Body and Mind.
