Jillian Judge: Leading with Positivity and Purpose

As an Assistant Camp Director and Swim Instructor, Jillian Judge is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and unwavering commitment to helping others. No matter the task, Jillian approaches every challenge with enthusiasm, compassion, and a willingness to lend a hand wherever needed.

Jillian wears many hats at the YMCA of Greenwich and consistently goes above and beyond her core responsibilities. Whether she is supporting campers, teaching swim lessons, assisting with event setup, decorating for special programs, or helping with organization-wide initiatives, she is always ready to roll up her sleeves to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her flexibility and dedication make her an invaluable member of our team.

What truly sets Jillian apart is her genuine care for people. She connects effortlessly with children, families, members, and colleagues, creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed, respected, and supported. Bill Walsh: Making a Lasting Impact in and out of the Pool

As the Head Age Group Coach for the Marlins Swim Team, Bill Walsh has dedicated himself to helping young athletes develop not only as swimmers, but as confident, disciplined, and resilient individuals.

Bill’s passion for teaching and coaching is evident in every interaction he has with his swimmers. He creates a supportive and encouraging team culture where athletes are challenged to grow, celebrate their accomplishments, and learn from every experience. Over the years, Bill has worked with countless swimmers throughout their development, serving as a trusted mentor and positive role model both in and out of the pool.

His impact extends far beyond swim practice. Bill helps ensure home and away meets run safely and efficiently, supports event setup and operations, serves as a valuable resource for parents, and helps showcase team achievements by photographing swimmers and sharing accomplishments through social media. His willingness to take on responsibilities beyond coaching demonstrates his deep commitment to the success of the Marlins program and the families it serves.

Bill’s patience, consistency, and genuine care for his athletes have earned the trust and respect of swimmers, parents, and fellow staff members alike. Through his leadership, he helps young people build confidence, character, and life skills that will benefit them long after their swimming careers.
