Discovery Camp (3 Years - 3rd Grade)
A full-day, on-site camp experience where elementary-aged campers explore new skills, make friends, and stay active through swimming, arts & crafts, field trips, STEM projects, sports, and imaginative play—all rooted in the Y’s values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
- Dates: June 29, 2026 - August 21, 2026
- Ages: 3 years - Entering 3rd Grade
- Time: 8:30AM-4:00PM
- Extended Morning Care: 8:00AM-8:30AM
- Extended Evening Care: 4:00PM-6:00PM
- Location: YMCA of Greenwich (50 East Putnam Avenue, Greenwich, CT 06830)
Discovery Camp Teams:
- Purple Team: Ages 3-4 (As Of 6/1/26)
- Red Team: Ages 5 or Entering Kindergarten – 1st Grade
- Green Team: Entering 2nd – 3rd Grade
Discovery Camp Field Trips:
- Camp Seton (Weeks 1 & 4
- Tod’s Point (Weeks 2, 6, 8)
- HAPIK Climbing Gym (Week 3)
- Maritime Aquarium (Week 5)
- Quassy Amusement Park (Week 7)
