Little Olympians (8-11 years)

Little Olympians introduces kids to the basics of a variety of sports in a fun, supportive environment. Designed to build athletic skills and promote long-term growth, the program focuses on movement, teamwork, and confidence-building through active play. Children will improve gross and fine motor skills, learn basic movement patterns like running, jumping, and throwing, and develop balance, coordination, and listening skills. It’s the perfect first step toward a lifelong love of physical activity and sport.
