Build strength, improve athletic performance, and stay active this summer with Summer Strong, a new strength and conditioning program for boys and girls ages 14–16 of all fitness levels. This five-week program runs July 20–August 21 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 6:30 PM, with a focus on building strength, improving muscle tone, and developing confidence in the weight room.

Whether you're training for your sport or just getting started, all experience levels are welcome. Participants do not need to attend every session.
