Challenge Details
Focus: Dynamic Stretching Sequence
Format: Perform each movement for 30 seconds. Complete 3 rounds.
Dynamic Movements
- Arm Circles (Forward and Backward) – Loosen up your shoulders with large, controlled circles.
- Walking Knee Pulls – Stretch your hamstrings and glutes while warming up your lower body.
- Walking Quad Stretches – Open up the front of your thighs to improve mobility.
- Forward Leg Swings – Stretch the hamstrings and activate hip flexors.
- Side-to-Side Leg Swings – Enhance lateral flexibility and hip mobility.
- Walking Lunges with Torso Rotation – Engage your core and stretch your hips and spine.
- Cat-Cow Stretch – Improve spinal flexibility and ease tension in your back.
- Downward Dog to Cobra Flow – Stretch your hamstrings, calves, and lower back while opening your chest.
- World’s Greatest Stretch (Alternating Sides) – Combine balance, flexibility, and strength in one movement.
- Hip Circles (Both Directions) – Loosen up your hips for better range of motion.
