Get ready to ignite your metabolism with our high-intensity Metabolic Madness Challenge this week! This fast-paced workout is designed to push your cardio and endurance to the next level, with a series of bodyweight exercises that will challenge your entire body.

Challenge Workout:

Jump into this high-energy circuit and feel the burn with each exercise:

  • Jump Rope or High Knees
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Burpees (modify as needed)
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Squat Jumps (or regular squats)
  • Speed Skaters
  • Plank Hold Repeat (4x)

Format:

Complete 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest for each exercise. Repeat the entire circuit 4 times for an intense, heart-pumping workout!
