Taking the first step into a fitness center can feel overwhelming—but we're here to help. Our free Wellness Center Equipment Tour provides a friendly introduction to the equipment available throughout our Wellness Center. During your 20–30 minute tour, you'll learn how to safely use our cardio and strength machines, become familiar with the layout of the space, and gain the confidence to begin your fitness journey.

Tours are free and open to everyone, whether you're a YMCA member or simply interested in learning more. To schedule your tour, email our Wellness Team at wellness@gwymca.org.
